About the event
Creative Room Art Space invites you to an afternoon with Andrew K, artist behind Moments, our current solo exhibition.
Andrew K is a Brisbane-based contemporary artist whose oil and charcoal works confront the intensity of lived experience with directness and raw emotional clarity. Self-taught and deeply intuitive, his practice spans Australian landscapes, figurative works and urban scenes, with works held in private collections in Australia and internationally.
Andrew will walk through the gallery sharing the stories behind the series on show, his practice, and the experiences that have shaped each body of work. There will be time to ask questions and engage with the works up close.
Light refreshments will be served.
