About the event
Violetta works with watercolour because of what it won't let her control. Pigment settles and granulates on wet paper in ways no brush stroke can dictate, and in this collection, that unpredictability becomes part of the story.
Her paintings move through morning mist, the glare of light on water, and horizons that seem to stretch past the edge of the frame, less a record of place than an attempt to hold its atmosphere. In her own words, this is work born from quiet observation, an invitation to slow down and sit with the open spaces of the world.
We'd love for you to be there for the opening. The exhibition continues through to 13 September.
